Janice J - Lonely Metropolis - $23
I like this little drawing, I have felt like this lonely girl before (minus the dress and purse, of course) . Upon first arriving in NYC I felt like I was being swallowed whole by a never ending maze of architecture and advertisements, all hungry to devour my (ahem) sweet soul. Luckily my skin got thicker as the years flew by, and the loneliness disappeared (hey, so did the record stores). Now I like to walk around like just Tony Manero does in Saturday Night Fever, (minus the cig and polyester suit) - T
